Delivery Information

• We promise to deliver your orders within 24 hours. (Not applicable over peak periods e.g. Valentines day, Mother's day etc.)
• The order must be placed before 12h00 midday to ensure same day delivery.
• If it is placed after 12h00 midday, Netflowers cannot guarantee same day delivery but will endeavour to satisfy the customers request.
• Orders must be placed before 10h00am on a Saturday to ensure delivery on the same day. Failing this, the order will be delivered on the following Monday.
• Our policy is to provide an efficient service and therefore, if the receipient is not at home when the delivery is made, the florist will leave a card informing the recipient that he/she can phone the florist to arrange a more convenient time to deliver.
